As is our custom doors open at 6 pm. We will eat at about 6:30 followed by clean-up.  Our meeting will begin at 7:30 pm.

This month’s presentation is by Permasask member, Michelle Hubbard who will tell us about “Beneficial Microbes in Sustainable Agriculture.”

After giving us an introduction to microbes, Michelle will provide us with more details on – beneficial fungi (Mycorrihizae,  endophytes,  biofertilizers and biocontrol); beneficial bacteria (nitrogen fixing, other biofertilizers, plant growth promoting and biocontrol); other beneficial microbes or mixtures; as well as possible ways we can incorporate beneficial microbes into our designs and practices.
