The Permaculture Research Institute of Saskatchewan was created to foster education, community building and promotion of permaculture concepts and principles. We had an eventful summer, holding a few “permablitzes” to overhaul people’s yards using permaculture design principles. Now that it’s winter, we need to turn to indoor activities.
So, to start, we are holding our first monthly get-together. It will be a winter solstice pot luck.
We will be in the basement of the Unitarian Centre. The goal of our monthly meetings is to build community, get to know people, and share information.
If you can’t make it but know others who may be interested, please pass this on
The Unitarian Centre is at 213 2nd Street East. Click here for a map
We will gather about 6:30, eat, clean up and then have an interesting discussion. Our special guest will be Rob Avis of Verge Permaculture in Calgary.
Hope to see you there!
