When was the last time you went to a tea party? And a revolutionary one at that?
As part of the Wild about Saskatoon NatureCity festival, join the Permaculture Research Institute of Saskatchewan for a cup of Underground Cafe’s tea (or coffee) and connect with people who are revolutionizing the way we connect with nature in the city.
There will be performances by story teller Bonnie Logan, musicians Elizabeth Bekolay and Jordan Schultz, and spoken word poet Shanda Stefanson.
Seedlings and seeds will be available at low cost so that you can start your own garden.
Add to our Wall of Inspiration and discover how others connect to nature in the city.
And ask your questions about gardening, permaculture or composting by visiting Joanne Blythe, Janna Perry and Laura McNaughton at their outdoor compost tea demonstration.
Let’s start an underground revolution everyone – one seed, one plant at a time!
